We Love :: Something Blue...

I didn't intend for our last post in 2010 to be shoe related... but this was simply too good not to share with you before the new year! These gorgeous Studio 120 peep-toe pumps by designer Christian Louboutin, normally recognisable by their trademark red sole, were painted by the bride for her wedding day... and the result is simply beautiful!

Merry Christmas from WITHLOVE

Wishing our lovely past and present clients and our readers a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! We hope that 2011 brings all that you dream of.

2010 has been a big year for WITHLOVE, (having only launched in late April) and we are truly grateful for the kind words and support you have given us along the way. We are so glad to have been able to share this past (almost!) year with you. We have HUGE things planned for the new year, including a whole new collection of lust-worthy wedding invitations and stationery so we hope that you will continue the journey with us.

We'll be signing off for the year from Wednesday 22 December through to Tuesday 4 January 2011. Please feel free to contact us during this time and we will be sure to get in touch as soon as we return!

In the Limelight :: Wrote Me A Letter

Unveiling 'Wrote Me A Letter' from our Essentials collection – a chic and timeless stationery suite. The allure of this design is simple - elegant type. Each piece is defined by a single letter in a sweet script typeface.


Pictured is our folded invitation in the perfect summer colour palette of tangerine/ruby, with the words 'M is for...' printed on the front opening out to reveal the word 'Marriage' on the inside. While on a little outing to James Street on a very rainy Brisbane weekend, I stumbled across the loveliness that is Briony Marsh, an Australian designer who says that her gowns are all about 'feeling amazing in your own skin and glowing within'...

Choosing the correct photographer is the most important decision you will make for your wedding day - I might be biased, but you better hear me out... :-).

You want someone who will add to your day, not detract from it. Remember that you will be spending the whole day with this near stranger, so it's important to feel comfortable with them. The images you receive will last longer than anything else from your wedding day, including your memory - your photos will be how you remember your day forever. Not a bad thing to get right!

My, oh my, do we have a treat for you today... I'm about 100% sure that I have died and gone to floral H-E-A-V-E-N! Enter Palais Floral, (French for "Floral Palace'), a boutique floral art studio unlike anything I've ever seen before.
